現在開催中の「採食兼美」～いつものごはんをご馳走に～
写真家原田真理さんと　うす沢の企画展です。
会期中　毎日１０食のカレーを無料提供しておりますが
一昨日は　「手羽元とキャベツのカレー」でした。
熱々土鍋で　お出ししてみました。

これは　原田真理さんの写真による「あしたのルウカレー」の
レシピから頂いたもの。
東京カレー番長の皆様の　練り上げられたレシピ。

昨日21日は　「ルウコルマ」
